Standing Rear Leg Raise

Work on your balance by lifting a leg behind you!

Instructions

  1. Stand tall and hold onto the back of a chair or rest your hands on a wall
  2. Raise one leg straight behind you
  3. Pause and return to standing position
  4. Repeat 10-15 times.
  5. Switch legs and repeat for 1-3 rounds per leg.
