Sit-ups

A key strength-building movement that targets your core muscles!

Instructions

  1. Lie down on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the ground
  2. Place your hands on the ground or under your thighs for support
  3. Exhale as you lift your upper body toward your knees by curling your spine off the floor
  4. Inhale as you slowly lower your upper body back to the ground with control
  5. Repeat 10-15 times for 1-3 rounds
  1. Lie down on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the ground
  2. Cross your arms over your chest or place your fingertips behind your ears
  3. Exhale as you lift your upper body toward your knees by curling your spine off the floor
  4. Inhale as you slowly lower your upper body back to the ground with control
  5. Repeat 10-15 times for 1-3 rounds
  1. Lie down on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the ground
  2. Hold a weighted object close to your chest
  3. Exhale as you lift your upper body toward your knees by curling your spine off the floor
  4. Inhale as you slowly lower your upper body back to the ground with control
  5. Repeat 10-15 times for 1-3 rounds
