Wrist Circles

Let’s keep the wrists moving!

Instructions

  1. Find a comfortable seat in a chair, and sit with your back tall and shoulders relaxed
  2. Extend your arms in from of you with your palms down
  3. Start to rotate your wrists in a circular motion. Keep the circle slow and controlled
  4. Repeat 10-15 times
  5. Rotate in the other direction
  6. Repeat for 1-3 rounds

Tried the Seated Marches during my Zoom call. My knees usually lock up after 30 minutes; today I stood up and walked to the printer like a normal human. Small miracle!
