Work on your balance with this simple move!

Instructions

  1. Stand tall with feet together
  2. Reach one arm to the side, then in front of you, then across the body to the other side
  3. Repeat for 3-5 rounds

Tried the Seated Marches during my Zoom call. My knees usually lock up after 30 minutes; today I stood up and walked to the printer like a normal human. Small miracle!
