Cross Arm Swings

Let’s get energized and swing those arms!

Instructions

  1. Sit comfortably on a chair or walk in place
  2. Form a “T” position by extending both arms horizontally to the side, with palms facing down or forward
  3. Swing both arms forward until they cross over your chest (try to reach the opposite side with each arm)
  4. Swing both arms back to the original “T” position, opening your chest
  5. Continue for 30-60 seconds, maintaining a steady pace and good breathing. Take a break and repeat for 1-3 rounds.

Morning Finger Extensions = game-changer. Typed a full report before the meds even kicked in. No ice-pack break needed!
