Finger Glides

Let’s move the fingers!

Instructions

  1. Hold your hand upright with your thumb and fingers pointing to the ceiling
  2. Curl your fingers so that the top two joints are bent and your fingers look like a hook
  3. Make a fist by bending in you knuckles. You can rest your thumb against your index finger
  4. Uncurl your fingers from the fist and slide them towards the base of your palm. Return to the starting position
  5. These steps can be done to make a continuous movement. Repeat 10-15 times and switch hands. Repeat for 1-3 sets

Tried the Seated Marches during my Zoom call. My knees usually lock up after 30 minutes; today I stood up and walked to the printer like a normal human. Small miracle!
