Front Arm Raises

Transform an everyday movement into a quick exercise!

Instructions

  1. Stand/sit tall with both arms relaxed at your sides
  2. Raise both of your arms in front of you until shoulder height (your arms should be parallel to the ground)
  3. Hold for a few seconds and then slowly lower your arms back down to your sides
  4. Repeat 10-15 times for 1-3 rounds

I start slowly to get moving in the mornings, even if I feel like staying in bed. Once I move, I feel more cheerful.

Stretching. I was not able to do this activity for a long time, but finally I can now. Before I start, I feel sore. After stretching, I am sore but also happy!
