Get energized fast with this zero-equipment cardio move!

Instructions

  1. Stand with feet slightly apart
  2. Form a continuous jogging motion by lifting one leg at a time and landing on your toes

 

Tips: To stay in one spot, focus on moving your legs upward rather than forward.

  • Remember to breathe and engage your arms naturally.
  • Keep your head up, shoulders relaxed, and back straight.

Continue for 30-60 seconds, maintaining a steady pace and good breathing. Take a break and repeat for 1-3 rounds.
