Just One Move Movement

Seated Arm Swings

A swing and twist in your day to get your heart pumping and body moving!

Instructions

  • Sit up tall in a chair or stand with your feet flat on the ground
  • Hold your arms by your side at shoulder width, with elbows bent at 90 degrees
  • Swing one arms after another on each side as if you were walking/jogging with just your arms, while keeping your torso to face the same direction

Continue for 30-60 seconds, maintaining a steady pace and good breathing. Take a break and repeat for 1-3 rounds.
