Try this core + lower body challenge!

Instructions

  1. Lie flat on your back with your hands on the floor or under your thighs
  2. Keep your feet together, but have a slight bend in your knees for ease
  3. Inhale as you slowly raise both legs upward
  4. Exhale as your slowly lower your legs toward the ground, without touching the ground
  5. Repeat 10-15 times for 1-3 rounds

Tried the Seated Marches during my Zoom call. My knees usually lock up after 30 minutes; today I stood up and walked to the printer like a normal human. Small miracle!
